Human experience is a behavioural science that looks beyond standard notions of cognition or the physical senses to engage with the integration of all human senses in shaping the phenomenology of our day-to-day experience. Through a combination of neuroscience, psychology, evolutionary biology, anthropology, and other disciplines, it unpacks the core aspects of our lives – how we perceive, feel, think, learn, act and interact. Rooted in ‘lived experience’, it looks at the creative and adaptive ways in which we process and respond to the world around us in pursuit of optimal performance and well-being.
